James moved into recruitment in 2006 and has enjoyed a successful, fast-tracked career building and leading specialist recruitment businesses within London. Having begun his professional experience within Hays PLC, initially joining their Accountancy & Finance brand, James moved quickly through senior management onto a Directorship. He went onto lead teams across Change Management, Insurance and finally Financial Markets. James joined Twenty’s leadership team as a Managing Director to help grow the UK/Europe region across all group brands. He has built a strong reputation across the London, and wider UK market, for maintaining exceptionally high client service standards. After graduating from Goldsmiths College, University of London, Robynne joined Twenty in August 2015 on the consultant academy. She spent three years in London as part of, and subsequently leading, a successful team who recruit across with breadth of Finance focusing on Financial Services. In October 2018, Robynne relocated to the US to further develop and lead the Financial Services Contract team in New York. This team covers audit, compliance & legal, finance, operations and risk markets.

Hannah is a Senior Consultant, specialising in recruiting qualified accountants into Financial Services with a particular interest in FinTech organisations that look to disrupt their sector. She places mid to senior level candidates across the breadth of Finance, as well as senior requirements which includes Finance Directors and CFOs. She began her career at Twenty back in August 2017 having gained a degree in International Business Management and Spanish from Northumbria University. To Hannah ambition means having the drive, self-belief and motivation to succeed, “not just achieving your goals but absolutely smashing them”. An eclectic fact about her is that she is left handed and green eyed – extremely rare, as less than 0.25% of the world’s population are!

Prior to joining Twenty and heading up our Austin branch, Daniel was sunning himself on a caribbean beach as head of offshore executive search for a company in the cayman islands. as well as leading twenty’s austin office, daniel and his team provide recruitment advisory services to the booming tech startup scene here in silicone hills. a fun fact about daniel: a lifetime ago back in 2003, he was cristiano ronaldo’s proceding transfer at manchester united and was dubbed as a “wonderkid” on video game ‘football manager’. however his stats weren’t as generous on fifa 2006 with an overall rating of 45 (out of 100) and it was all downhill from there. luckily for us, daniel prefers working in an office anyway.
