Job Description
A globally renowned investment bank is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Vendor Accounting Department on a temporary basis. This contract position will focus on supporting six off-site offices in Latin America.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Invoice processing
- Wire transfers of payroll and pay confirmations
- Prepare the daily payment process
- Office Clerical Assignments as needed
Required Skillset:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong experience in PC applications
- Knowledge of Spanish
