Joining a forward-looking and dynamic media firm, currently undergoing a number of positive changes, the Finance Systems Analyst will be integral in
Role / Responsibilities:
- Critically analyse existing financial reporting processes to assist with the design and development of refined and improved processes to increase efficiency across this business unit
- Demonstrate knowledge of the billings process to code, debug, test, implement and document reports and processes
- Take ownership for any and all production issues related to population analysis
- Demonstrate a team-focused mindset to deliver complex projects by analysing other team's deliverables
- Work cross-functionally to ensure that designs/solutions are fit for purpose and functional
Required Experience:
- Educational background in technology/IT as well as a working knowledge of finance and accounting processes
- At least 3-5 years' developing and writing SQL
- Operating across the full SDLC from initiation, design/development, implementation, testing and support
Technical Skills: Strong SQL and data modeling (either Teradata SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, or TSQL); Advanced Excel; Informatica / Tidal Enterprise Scheduler - would be a bonus
