Regional Desktop Manager - NYC - Financial Services - 6 month, will extend
$90-100 an hour
Technical Skills: EUC, Desktop, End User, Devices, Service Desk, SLA, KPI, VMware, System
- Team lead for US region of Desktop Services
- Form part of the EMEA, North America & APAC governance group
- Monitor report and recommend improvements within SLA's
- Work with technical individuals within separate teams but also liaise with senior stakeholders
- Define and implement compliance to policies and controls
Profile:
- 5 + years managing experience
- Regional / multiple office coverage of service desk's
- 3-6 years Helpdesk support / technical roles
- Influence senior figures and make sensible Technology decisions
