Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to hit set personal incentives and company incentives
  • Work closely with Account Developers to understand client needs
  • Candidate delivery: Focused on attracting and engaging candidates 
  • Utilize job boards and other recruitment tools to produce and maintain healthy candidate pipelines
  • Originate, structure, and negotiate offers
  • Leverage an innate intellectual curiosity and develop market knowledge to obtain new business leads
