Job Description

Our client is the leading technology and innovation lab in Flatiron, New York aiming to create SaaS products that target small businesses and startups. With a company size of roughly 100, this client is in full growth mode and looking to grow out their product team with the addition of a Senior Product Manager. This individual must be an ambitious intellectual capable of demonstrating hustle and creativity while leading the development of a suite of products.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product roadmap by leveraging customer research and data to build insights that drive product prioritization
  • Work with a dedicated engineering team to prioritize features that help to achieve company goals and standards
  • Identify strategic opportunities for the product to delight new enterprises, the end users, and ultimately product growth
  • Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives, and manage the end-to-end design / build / test / release process
  • Provide feedback to designers and engineers; communicate feature releases to internal and external users
  • Set clear and deliverable goals; demonstrate tenacity, commitment to deliver, and to be accountable for results
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of data analytics, data science, and / or data modeling

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience managing the development lifecycle of SaaS, B2B or B2C products
  • Technical Bachelor's Degree or higher (i.e. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or other related field)
  • Passionate about emerging technologies, including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science
  • Expert knowledge of experimentation and product iteration (A/B testing, focus groups, requirement gathering)
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products / features with large adoption
