I've partnered with a rapidly growing, venture-backed NY/Houston based start-up to identify a Sr. Product Manager/Director for their Houston office.
While this company may be a "start-up" by definition, they have no shortage in cash (over $400 million in funding) and are in the process of disrupting a $1-trillion dollar industry. This position will be based out of the Houston office on a permanent basis, and will report directly into the VP of Product, serving as a liaison between the Jr. Product Managers and the VP.
This will be a true hybrid between the technical and business aspects of Product Management. While you will be managing the work output for the team of engineers, designers and data analysts (should be able to read API documentation), you will also have a background in stakeholder management and be no stranger to custom software solutions.
The compensation is flexible dependent on experience, but we're willing to pay NY salaries in Houston for the right candidate. Base + bonus + equity (options vested over 4 years).
Would joining a company of this nature appeal to you?
