My client is seeking a Strategic Account Director to lead the sales team here in Austin. Do not miss this chance to grow within this rapidly scaling start-up.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales team with flexible plans but always in line with customer's needs
  • Identify and close your own leads - design business proposals
  • Collaborate with sales, product and success teams to provide an amazing customer experience
  • Providing feedback and advice for engineers, designers to exceed customer expectations

A Qualifying Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales or business development role - bonus* SaaS or private equity environment
  • Passionate about helping customers - extraordinary analytics and interpersonal skills
  • Thrives under pressure, extreme responsibility, start-up environment
  • Keen ability for identifying customer needs & contributing to evolving the sales process
  • Relationships within Real Estate or Private Equity is a plus*
