A global investment bank located in New York City are looking for a Sales Assistant to support the Syndication team on a temporary basis. This contract will run for 3 months, and will focus on customer onboarding, management of the lease system and supporting credit submissions.
Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Aiding the sales team in submitting all credit applications
- Liaising with the operations team for document requests
- Helping review all documents on an ad hoc basis
- Consistently updating and verifying all customer data
- Some knowledge of KYC
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with commercial equipment financing
- Advanced Excel skills
