The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of our hiring plans from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires. The successful candidate will need full-cycle recruitment experience, exceptional communication, and relationship-building skills, and be highly growth-driven.


Ultimately, you will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain people who contribute to our company’s growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with CEO, U.S. Managing Director and U.S. Head of HR Operations to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
  • Set hiring goals (i.e., quarterly and annual)
  • Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
  • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard
  • Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals
  • Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings)
  • Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates
  • Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (i.e., Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and social media)
  • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates
  • Partner with Head of HR Operations to prepare attractive hiring packages, communicate with selected applicants to offer employment, and initiate the onboarding process


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Work experience as an In-house Recruiter for a high-volume organization, agency, or executive search firm strongly preferred
  • Willingness to use cold or warm calling methods to recruit or research potential applicants
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
  • Experience with social media recruiting i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed
  • A professional, courteous demeanor on the phone and in-person
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships
  • Availability to travel within the United States to attend job fairs and networking events
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a demanding, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
