This is a leadership role, in which you will be given the opportunity to take ownership of a Technology Contract team.  The successful candidate will need commercial smarts, relationship-building and leadership skills and be competitive, resilient and growth-driven.

What We Offer:

  • 360 contract recruiter, managing other 360 contract recruiters
  • Focused on the specific technology that you recruit for within contract
  • Managing/managed other recruiters who focus on other contract markets
  • Involvement in training and development of contract recruiters
  • Involved in the hiring process of new contract recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for continuing to build out our Contract Technology division, working collaboratively and evolving our recruitment workflows to always be working harder, faster and smarter than the competition
  • Ability to hit management incentives and company incentives
  • 360 contract recruitment: Attracting and engaging candidates while developing new business ventures and nurture existing clients
  • Originate, structure, and negotiate complex deals
  • Participate in presentations with internal executives and external clients
  • Leverage an innate intellectual curiosity and develop market knowledge to engage key stakeholders

 Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience as a contract recruiter heavily preferred, but not required
  • Competitive and money-motivated with a strong billing track record
  • Pure biller with a solid understanding of contract recruitment
  • Experience with training, hiring, and any form of leadership is a plus, but not a necessity
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
  • You enjoy a challenge as you are highly goal driven and have a desire to grow your professional career
  • A personality that thrives in a fast paced, target driven environment
  • Ability to take ownership over a growing team, as we anticipate a headcount of 10+ in the next year
  • With a strong affinity to learn, your background provides evidence of continuous education and the ability to adapt to change
  • Self- driven and motivated by actions that yield results
