Job Description
One of our favourite banking clients is in the market for a VP in their Relationship Management and Business Development team. Specializing in Commercial Real Estate, this is the ideal opportunity for a Relationship Manager with strong Real Estate knowledge. You will be leading the charge growing new and existing clients based out of their New York Branch.
This is one of the 'big four' banks in Asia, and by market capital, the second largest bank in the world. This is a huge opportunity to be at the forefront of their growth in New York.
Responsibilities
- Delivering New Business and embedding current relationships for bilateral and syndicated loans, focusing mainly on institutional clients.
- Conduct quarterly review of the portfolio strategy
- Assist with and negotiate market transactions
- Assist and perform loan closing and requests
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Banking and Real Estate, especially Business Development and/or Relationship Management.
- Results driven mindset in fast paced, high pressure team.
- Experience with Loan closing and administration
- Language skills: Chinese is highly preferred but not essential.
